Her trainer, Harley Pasternak, says that they worked on making small but definite changes to help her lose the gained weight. According to her doctor opting for radical forms of any exercise or choosing an extreme diet is not the right way to lose weight.

Harley Pasternak spoke to the Us Weekly sharing details on how this weight loss was achieved. The focus was not only on the different workouts but more on her diet. He says that weight cannot be lost by doing lunges and biceps curls. Besides following a specific diet, Jessica Simpson hit the step goal and also worked on her sleep.

He shares that Jessica Simpson follows the ‘The Body Reset Diet’ book of 2013. She has two snacks and three meals in a day with fiber, protein and also healthy fats. The main meals consist of high protein foods, like fish, chicken and eggs with some fruits and veggies. For the snacks had two times, you can choose high fiber foods like green peas topped with cheese or a handful of almonds.

To lose the excessive weight, Jessica also cut down on the intake of alcohol. Alcohol does not permit the physique transformation.

Talking about workouts, Jessica is extremely fond of walking and she kept a goal of 12,000 steps per day. She concentrated on quality sleep and did away with all the sugar which was definitely difficult.
